Can music save your mortal soul? Outside the West End Detective Agency in Dream Haven, Tara Genovese decides to sing a few songs. For personal reasons, Tara gave up  a successful singing career and opened a detective agency.  So why the impromptu performance? Because the world can always use a little cheer.
